I can see everyone is bored with Bayern's dominance in Bundesliga. The competition is still very close. The closest of all the big leagues imo. And there are many games left. Leipzig, Bayern and Dortmund will have extra motivation since they are also in UCL round of 16. I think one of these three teams wins this season. But I would love a new name like Mönchengladbach.   

Leipzig is favorite to win the league this season,  I don't think Monchegladbach will have a chance of winning it,  in my opinion the league is between Leipzig and Bayern Munich,  Dortmund do loose lots of points during the end of the season

Sometimes this is how it is then in the second half of the season Bayern overtakes the likes of Dortmund, Leipzig etc and lifts the trophy. It really made the bundesliga look so weak and boring. I wish things turn out differently this time round.

After I see the match schedule in front of Leipzig, Leipzig will face an easy opponent for him, so maybe this will make the distance for Leipzig with second position, currently only 2 points difference with Monchengladbach.
I believe Leipzig will be at the top for the next few weeks.

@joniboini so far Halland has played in a league where it was easy to score, but Bundesliga is not a league where he’ll get to score that easily hence this is a huge test for him and only till will tell whether he passes it or not. Also there’s talk of Sancho exiting from the club because of Hallands arrival, and if this news is true then I want him to come to Manchester United.

We need a change of power in Bundesliga.
Bayern is still the favorite of winning the league even if they are behind but we are happy to see other teams competing for winning the title and not a team with 10 points difference from the second place.

This is almost impossible as I rarely remember a Bundesliga without Bayern Munchen trying to win it.In the late years the only real contender to their supremacy was Dortmund and now even Leipzig is trying hard to compete.Bundesliga is not the closest this year between teams in competition,there is also Serie A where things are tight.

Last week, I read in the news that he has signed for Juventus and now Dortmund confirms that he joins Westfalen... I don't know what would be the reason to reject Juventus over Borrusia. Maybe he likes the German football more.

Monchengladbach took everyone by surprise but I think their exertions in the Europa League has paid them dearly,,, Munich will find their form and then reclaim what is theirs.

Super smart move with Haaland on Dortmund though. I thought he would go to England but he has a good manager who advised him to take the best possible move. Can he help BVB finally make it through the season as contenders? Consistency has been their problem.

Like he had indeed officially moved to Borussia Dortmund because maybe they like German football so they prefer to stop there.

I think that it is undoubted that joining United would be the worst choice he might have done, so it was wise to reject them.
Juventus is a good team and I think that his play style isn't so different from the Italian's team one... It might be all about money and trying to find a team that would give him another option to move to a top club such as Real or Barca.

With how hyped United was, I was in fact surprised to see him signed a new deal with Dortmund. Especially because of Ole and Haaland's relationship.

I don't really know how Juve plays, so I won't comment on that one. Didn't watch Serie A since long ago.

@EdenHazard let me explain this to you Halland had a release clause of €20 millions which was about to be activated once the January transfer window began, and his agent wanted huge amounts from Manchester United because he knew Ole was desperate to get Halland.

However Manchester United walked away from the deal and his only remaining option was Dortmund, who agreed to pay those huge amounts demanded by Hallands agent. Now I know you’ll yet not be convinced so look at Pogbas transfer from Juventus to Manchester United, it took place only because of the money he made.

Looking at the way Bayern Munich have bought players from their rival Dortmund in the past, then I wouldn't be ruling this one out from happening, though if Dortmund are smart enough, they'll stop selling their star players to their rivals, how can they compete if they keep doing that.

However the cause of Haalands decision to move to Bourussia Dortmund is, the fact remains that he is now officially their player, and I just hope all the hype/media attention surrounding him wouldn't affect him, the boy has got some talent, so let's get over the transfer/dad/agent fee and see how quickly he'll adapt in Germany and how well his game will improve at Dortmund.

I am not an expert on strikers and I know that a whole team would have better scouts than me so what I am saying is definitely wrong but I am going to say it anyway.

Haland plays with an amazing position knowledge, he knows where he needs to be all the time and that is amazing, however he also depends on his fitness a lot, his power/speed/acceleration etc all helps him immensely, even tho Ronaldo is still super fit and jumps higher than everyone at age 35, "normally" thats not really easy to achieve, most of the time players age badly.

Haland maybe a good even great player for the next few years but as soon as he reaches to a huge team like Bayern on their nation or Madird/Barcelona or even Liverpool I don' know, a team that plays for champions league title, he will realize he is not a good role player at all.

Well he has been scoring a lot of goals and that's the number one job for every striker and he seems to be doing it perfectly but strikers are mostly known  for scoring in the big games so now that he has moved to Dortmund, he is going to have some really good opportunities to prove how good a player he is. I am sure he is going to be a great player maybe like Lewandowski as time progresses.
