That was true for the first games but no that Kompany had a great start in the Bundesliga as well as the Champions League I think if there would be a game that isn't going so well ( for example maybe this weekend against Leverkusen ) he would be forgiven. In these first games he kind of already proved that he does have the knowledge to move a team forward, even when it's such a huge name as Bayern Munich. No team or coach os prefect and single games that are lost aren't a problem. These problems arise only if the team doesn't play good and convincing football over a stretch of games and/or or get the results they want and need over several games in a row.

You are right. There are a lot of challenges in the Bundesliga and for Vincent Kompany because many people didn't believe in him in the firdt place, they thought that the job of managing Bayern Munich that will be willing to take back their title winning monopoly back from Leverkusen is too big for an inexperience manager like him who couldn't help Burnley to escape relegation in the Premier League last season. Kompany's task as a manager of Bayern Munich is something he doesn't need the board to tell me, he knows what he needs to do, without winning any trophy this season is going to make him find the exit door, I think, because they are some how desperate. Since Bayern have been performing very well even in terms of scoring goals I think he just need the team to stay that way until they come against any team that's coming close to the title then we can see if the Bayern Munich side can get a win.
Kompany is really enjoying all the wins and all that but I think this man need to have a feel of defeat so he can be a little bit relax because as it is he hasn't gotten a loss which will always be in his mind not to, I'd say it has to happen so that he can see it as part of the game. That’s much more logical but let’s look further, is Kompany the coach who has the playing culture that Bayern Munich are looking for? One mistake and he can lose the league to Leverkusen as they're second and also playing most of their games well this season. Bayern Munich will be playing leverkusen next and they need to use that match to make a point that they're really going to win the league this season. Winning shouldn't be what Vincent Kompany should do only but he should tell the team to score as many goals possible and this will make leverkusen to respect them more.
