I think this is a pay back for the season before where Leverkusen was dominating the whole team in the Bundesliga without any beating them, now they are feeling that same defeat. However their lost at home still making their title dreams go dim. I didn't expect them to loose against borussia Dortmund at home but it happened. I guess it's not their day moreover they took over the game in the second half but couldn't secure a win or draw after Kofane's 83rd minutes goal after already trailing 2 goals behind. Bayern Leverkusen may not top the table at the end of the season as Bayern Munich is already 11 points clear at the top, but I believe they would finish at the top 3.

Bayern Leverkusen will be travelling to Dortmund tomorrow to face them for the DFB pokai round of 16 game just after loosing to them at home. This game is going to be but competitive and a revenge mission. I hope they win to keep their courage high. When news of their separation from Xabi Alonso broke, I was already starting to lose hope for Leverkusen. And when the day of their separation announcement arrived, I was clearly expecting it, and that made me even less hopeful.

I don't mean to doubt the new coach or anything. But Leverkusen's success was built by Xabi, and that was in a very short time. Furthermore, the key players were leaving Leverkusen one by one, causing them to lose their previously visible strength. That's the thing with this guy's Leverkusen, they are now playing like Dortmund as in terms of performance, they win against a very strong side in the champions league but they could not use that same energy to play against Dortmund, 2nil against Manchester City should have boost their morale making them be the favorite, highest they should have gotten a draw to settle it all. As it stands every match is as important as a final and nobody should say there's still time because the time they say they have will be a late time to do anything. Keeping close to Bayern Munich should be the target for now should incase the league leaders drop point they'll move up but now losing to Dortmund will make it difficult to keep track of Bayern Munich.
For Erik ten Hag I don't feel he was ready to work with the players he had as of then but he was hoping to recruit more players to help strengthen the team but the management had other plans for the club.

In today's matches we saw Hamburg and Freiburg games went over 2.5 goals, but the Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Wolfsburg match I bet on ended 1-1. There were chances in that match too, but the third goal didn't come. It was an unlucky day for me. I could've picked other matches, but this one seemed more certain to me. If the first goal had come early, it might have gone over again, but the goals came very late.

Frankfurt is one of the teams in Bundesliga I love to have them always for over in betting because their attack is one of the best, and mostly they played open games just because of this they have good number of over 2.5 but in last 8 games they have only 3 games going over 2.5 this is strange.

They are currently at 7th position in league table their next game is against RB Leipzig this is going to be exciting game Frankfurt looking for having their chances into top spots while Leipzig is also facing pressure due to good results from Borussia Dortmund this season is having good fight for Champions League spots. For this game I am expecting most chances both teams will play aggressive soccer and match result going over is looking good for betting Leipzig is looking better at home turf.

Reviewing my previous predictions, this actually feels pretty ridiculous to me. Both Stuttgart and Frankfurt performed poorly. Stuttgart had a huge chance to win after Hamburger went down to 10 men in the 80th minute, but hilariously they ended up conceding in the 90+ minute. Isn’t that just absurd?

Then Frankfurt, playing at home, should’ve had a bigger advantage to beat Wolfsburg, who are in terrible form right now. But Frankfurt struggled at their own stadium and only managed to score from a penalty. Out of 15 shots, only 3 were on target. Really frustrating.

The most frustrating aspect of these two matches for me was the Frankfurt team. It was odd that I predicted they would score at least two goals, considering their clinical attack beforehand. It turns out I was completely wrong. How could I not be annoyed, with only three of their 15 shots on target? They truly ruined my mood last night. It was a huge mistake not to take the BTTS (yes) bet here.

It was as if Alonso's departure was the cause of the club declining in performance, honestly it looks that way because as soon as he left some players also left the club and it made the team to be exposed and weak, like nothing would work no matter how hard they try, I wonder how the next manager would manage a team that have sold all their players I mean good players, that's why I don't blame ETH even if he likes making mouth I don't think it was his fault that they couldn't perform well.

In yesterday's match Leverkusen played very well even dominating the match, but they couldn't capitalize on their scoring opportunities. Ultimately Dortmund took home three crucial points. Dortmund played very solidly in that match especially their defense which was a key factor in their ability to thwart Leverkusen's pressure.

Dortmund played disciplined from the start successfully quelling Leverkusen's pressure. Therefore Dortmund deserved their victory, as they not only played solidly but also maintained their composure under constant pressure. The two will face each other again in the round of 16 of the DFB-Pokal next week. It will be interesting to see whether the two coaches will employ the same strategy or employ different strategies. I personally want to bet on the Over goal in this match, as DFB-Pokal matches typically produce a high number of goals.

I kind of have the opposite view of this tie than you do. For me, Dortmund are the scary grown-ups in the room at the moment. Leverkusen under Hjulmand are fun - loads of possession, still playing brave even after losing half their core and half their midfield due to injuries. You can understand why neutrals love them. But they live right on the edge, high line, lines made up, Grimaldo being called to be superhero every week. That's how you have nights like City away . . . and then have your head sliced open by Adeyemi four days later.

Dortmund under Kovac are boring in the best possible way. They don't have to get 65% of the ball in control. They just wait on you to overcommit, and then send Adeyemi into the space you vacate. Add that defensive record and the bigness they bring on set-pieces and you had, in a knockout, the kind of team that you hate facing.

Leverkusen can absolutely "revenge" for this on an emotion and one big performance. But if I had to bet on one of these versions in this stadium, under pressure of the cup for 90 minutes, that's Dortmund every single time.

Leverkusen was in good form. After the defeat against Bayern Munich, Leverkusen won four  matches in a row. They defeated a renowned team like Manchester City 2-0. But they stumbled against Dortmund.

I expected Leverkusen to win. But dortmund was lucky in this match, there is no way to deny it. Dortmund's players only had 6 shots in this match. They were able to find the  weakness of leverkusen's defense. As a result, the team got a 2- 0 lead in  65 minutes. After leading 2-0, Dortmund had no chance of losing points in the match. Also dortmund played defensively in this match.

If Leverkusen could win this match , the team would have been in second place in the table. Dortmund's position improved. They are now in third place in the table. But it will not be possible for any team to fight with Munich for the title. Munich is 8 points ahead of Leipzig.

Have you been able to get what they were doing in the last 6 matches with 1x2 results you would have had an 800x winning parlay.

I rarely give merits to posts in the gambling discussion section, but I have to admit this is a good way to look at things and make clear tp people that long-term betting is a losing game. Just take the last 6 games of a single team and see what the odds would have been if you got that right. That's crazy, even Bayern is @70x? Bayer Leverkusen losing to Borussia Dortmund at home over the weekend and then travelling to the Signal Iduna Park three days later to go seek for a revenge I think is one of the most difficult tasks they'll ever face this season. They had the opportunity of winning their German Bundesliga game against Dortmund in front of their home fans but couldn't, do you think they'll do that now that Dortmund will be playing at home in front of their fans that are known their loud chants? It's a loser gets eliminated game so I expect Bayer Leverkusen to go all out but for who'll win the game, I think Borussia Dortmund stands in a better position to win.

Had Bayern won that match, their odds would be around 11x for the last 6 games, even with Arsenal and PSG in the picture.

But still, betting on Frankfurt is playing roulette, and when you beat Galata 5-1, Galata beats Liverpool 1-0, and Liverpool beats Frankfurt 5-1, there you have 3 in 1 cocktail of teams that should be avoided unless you really enjoy surprises down to masochistic levels. Oh and another 5-1 in the mix with Atletico, how could I forget!
