I would like to thank Ognasty for sticking with us for the entire time this charade went on. Also, my apologies for getting Ognasty involved in this matter.

Glad to see I'll get a refund, having to wait over a week to hear that the deal won't go through after all because "the wholesaler can't accept escrow"...yeah...well....I'll leave my opinion out of it.

In the end, I get my money back, that's all I really care about atm.

Ummm, OgNasty is one of the most reputable, if not the most reputable person around the forums. He is also most probably the most used escrow providers here and for good reason.

I understand that he has provided escrow services for some very shady deals, both of which turned out to be scams and that turned out to be legit. Both types of deals were generally resolved to what everyone involved considered to be fair.

I question why exactly you had funds in escrow for nearly two weeks until you requested that money in escrow be refunded when you pretty clearly never had any intention of accepting escrow the entire time.

I would also question why exactly why you continued to post that several products were "sold out" when you have neither sent nor received any kind of feedback for trades in this thread.

To repeat, they can have the parts, COD term. Two weeks are not right, 7 and 9 days.

I am confused why the buyers are no longer receiving their orders.

If you are only accepting COD then wouldn't the buyer be able to receive the goods, then why couldn't the buyer have the items shipped to them, have the chance to inspect the packages, then pay cash to FedEx?

That's because FedEx isn't going to let you open the package before paying, and if it turns out to be nothing but an apple inside, FedEx isn't going to give you your money back and let you return the package.

COD, that's standard term. You may order form somewhere else under the clause to inspect, test, verify, etc ...

This. If it were possible to inspect a package before paying, or even with the delivery guy next to you, there wouldn't be much of an issue.

No.  I do not have a licensed kitchen to prepare food in.  The inspection costs and upkeep proved to be more of a commitment than I was willing to make.  That is actually the reason why there is no organic and delicious 'NastyJam' product available for sale.  I have never mentioned this publicly, so thank you for this opportunity.

I was waiting for cyclops to respond with his refund address so that I could do all of the necessary research and refund them at the same time.  However, I will actually go ahead and do this now, just to spite you.

Ahh, thanks for the info. I was under the impression that COD was a little bit safer (and closer to using escrow - it certainly sounds very similar to using escrow), but it seems that it is little more then the buyer sending payment first.
