Before anyone bids on this, i would suggest they see the trust I left for the original developer (
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=88644). I also purchased a copy of this script (along with hosting + additional development services) and was extremely dissatisfied to say the least.
Not only that, but there is a fatal flaw in the code where a trader can easily manipulate their coin balance... i.e. a user can deposit 0.01 BTC and drain the whole exchange. It needs a lot of work and the code is extremely messy (might as well build from scratch), and the original developer ignores your messages after you send him payment (forget that it took him 3+ months to deliver!).
