Seeing as a user here named VOD, decided to give me negative trust.
His comment and reason for giving me negative trust is:
"Asking for a 0.5btc loan using collateral he is actually trying to sell."
Yes, the domain is on the market at the moment should my loan be approved the domain will be taken off the market immediately.
The loan amount of 0.5btc = around $4000... the domain previously sold for $6750 in 2009 and is on the market for $8942. Considerably more than the requested loan amount. The Collateral is in excess of 200% of the loan amount, I also have many other domains that I can add to the collateral as well if that helps.
I would also like to mention that I am a domain trader and I have a portfolio of about 200 domains, being a domain trader means that my "assets" would generally be listed on the domain marketplace. As you can see in my original message I was upfront about the domain being listed for sale. Essentially, I do not want to lose a domain that's worth $9000 for 0.5btc so you can rest assured that I will pay back the loan within the stipulated timeframe and as stated above I am willing to include more domains to the kitty as well. I am also willing to be transparent with regards to my personal details via PM.
