that's when the bottom will be in.

the current bottom at $1830 is not it

on second thought, it does look like a bottom.

Im counting 5 waves on the 30 minute bitstamp chart

currently in wave 5

$1830 to $1960 was wave 1 - 2

$2096 was wave 3 top

$1978 was wave 4 bottom

if indeed this rise was a 4, then the count above needsto be adjusted, else the 2 and 4 violate the rules and guidelines

Price crossed past $2304 which was the 1 beginning of 1

perhaps some nested counts can be found within while still respecting the rules

here is *one* suggestion

We have already had a double bottom at $1830 - $1850. Price on Bitstamp did not quite reach the weekly 20 MA so there is the slight possibility of another crash to the 20 MA but with SegWit2X looking to activate I think that would be an edge event. What interests me is if Bitmain goes ahead and releases Bitcoin ABC on Aug 1 even though they said they will not if SegWit2X locks in. That fork would cause turmoil and another buying opportunity as two chains compete.

fell sharply this weekend, and continued lower as expected following a broken triangle that we have recognized in wave B. There was a five wave move lower into wave C that now show evidences of a bottom at the lower side of a corrective channel; around 1800 level which was also a support of a former wave four. So far there is a strong upward reversal from that levels; clearly an impulsive reaction that can take price much higher in days ahead. A break above the upper channel line may be a final confirmation that three wave A-B-C decline is complete and that new highs are back in the cards; 3000.

If he didn't buy in at $1830, he's thinking btc will fall sub $1000 due to the scaling mess (and he may be right).

Edit: Looks like SegWit is going to be locked in today and the price has climbed to over $2600 as of this post. Sub 2k may never happen again. Hopefully everyone got theirs while they could. But, this is Bitcoin, who knows...
