OP, try also opening a thread in the "scam accusations" subforum, it may get more attention there. This website definitely sounds like a scam.

I think I agree with you. Everytime I have problems with any site, I usually talk very cordial to them and until now my problems were alwasy solved and in a decent time. If you flip they stop talking about the issue and start asking you to calm down etc etc,

Not saying you will have less of  a case if you flip, because they need to solve your problem, but they sure use your attitude as an excuse to prolong the problem.

Because you don't speak with italian betting site. Every time i have a problem to site, the chat o the phone conversation becomes a continuous insult especially when have to withdraw

Really, in the past i join to all betting site for bonus . I remember a italian site, now is closed, totobet, i have speak in chat and telephone for many of 2 month for request 50 euro (for their mistake, my bet was delete) and i have received my monet only with a chargeback from visa

Whats the point? They put the funds in your account you win and cash out...guess what they wont pay. They are running hacked versions of Netent and Novomatic slots what does that tell you about their integrity.

They do sound like scam but do you have more evidence, like screenshots maybe, don't get me wrong but this is just a conversation text which could have been made up by anyone. Not saying that you're lying but if you are really honest then just post everything you have, screenshots of this conversation, email you received and sent, Tx IDs of the deposits you made, your account screenies showing the deposit address etc.

Gather all that and make a post in scam accusation section, so others can be properly warned about this and they can avoid depositing anything in that casino.

I really doubt that he'll receive anything back, it looks like the guy who was on support was only one person using different alias and he was just messing with OP because he knew that he had scammed him.
