After a lot of work and learning, I've finally managed to set up a P2Pool node. It's pretty stable so far.

Server: stratum+tcp://p2pool.click:9332
Worker name: [your BTC account]
Password: x

Website with stats and so: http://p2pool.click:9332/

The node is located in Amsterdam with great latency to Europe: http://www.super-ping.com/?ping=p2pool.click&locale=en.

I'm pretty much a total n00b at p2pool mining and running a pool so please bear with me.

Suggestions & feedback very welcome. Thanks for reading (and possibly mining at p2pool.click!).

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
