This your project look big, what is your budget especially for the python programmer?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough in the OP but I'm not looking to hire anyone. I'm looking for a partner / co-founder who wants to work on this in exchange for equity in the resulting business. Equity would be 50-50 or with 3 people: 33-33-33~. (This is obviously a high risk so this only for people who believe in the project.)

Alright I understood you better now, the partner will work or contribute his quota to the project and you will share the profit with him. Do I got it right.
