The amount will be divided into pre-ICO campaign => valid before and during the Software Sale duration & post-ICO campaign => valid once the Software Sale ends. The pre-ICO campaign will distribute 700,000 DCT and the post-ICO rewards are set to 300,000 DCT altogether.

If there are no post icons campaigns, what will happen to the remaining 300,000 DCT? Will it be distributed proportionally to the campaign participants?

Post-ICO campaign has not been published yet. DCT reserved for it won't be distributed to the pre-ICO campaign participants.

20 posts were needed for a user to be eligible for posting rewards. So if a user wanted to earn more stakes by posting, he/she needed to make 20 posts at first.

how about the participant signcamp made a post less than 20 post?
really unfair, i see so much participant not follow the rules but still get the stakes.

So what exactly isn't clear according to you?
Simply said: 1 stake for joining the campaign, one more stake for each week during which you keep signature in your profile. Then if you want to earn more stakes you need to make first compulsory 20 posts and afterwards you get a stake for each 30 posts with DECENT signature.
All the forms for individual requests, spam report, list of participants and membership rank change are included on the first page of this thread.

So you really think that you can get 19.5 stakes for 0 posts?? DECENT team - you also think so?

It is quite not fair, 0 post in two months and 17 stake compared to those active posters, Decent team needs to correct this anomaly, it is not fair.

I'm guessing that the person lied when they added their puppet account into the list, and instead of saying that they had 200 posts, they put let say 35. They didn't catch it, so when Decent checked it and did the difference, he got a bunch for not posting once. Should be updated. Hopefully it was just one little oversight, seeing how many accounts they originally rejected. They were very strict with that, so this was hopefully just one oversight. And great that someone caught it.

I pretty much left this place after the ICO was over so freaking burnt out of Crypto, but I'm telling you I have a feeling this is the next big thing. I mean, come on, this has features that everyday average people can benefit from. Wants to download a movie, pay the person a coin, no credit card. It would be really big if they have a service where the publisher can instantly have the coins converted to fiat. It's still better than all of the middleman.

Campaign manager has make a mistake with my signature, on spreadsheet say i have removed the signature but the truth is i'm removed the signature when DECENT dev say you can removed the signature code now, and my post is 0 and the truth is i have 160 post in wholes campaign run, i have submit the form to appeal my complaint, if DECENT not fix the issues i have waste 11 week of my time 

I don't think you have a case here, there is no way to verify that you indeed carry the signature, you did not follow the rule.

Can you tell me what signature rule thats i have been break so i'm not eligible to get reward, i dont think you has make research before said something, but is up to you, i just wait for DECENT team clarification about this situation, cause you're only participant too, and i dont want to debate with you

Yes, he is the signature manager of decent, but you may have seen him be moderators on the GNT project.
