with this fiasco, I don't think the 10 million DCT will be sold out in the 1st day even with 50% bonus... but in crypto anything goes.. lol

Doles the reliance on Bitcoin blocks for the reward mean that if the 1st full block happens to be like 2 minutes after the opening of the ICO and is for a huge amount (the full 2000BTC), someone investing after 3 minutes could miss out entirely?

50% for a set amount down to 10% truly is a horrible way to schedule distribution.  That coupled with todays fiasco really makes me rethink my interest in this project

I hope you guys get it right before tomorrow because any other excuse will really damage the image of Decent and also negate the trust people have in you guys to seeing this project through. ICO launch should not be an issue guys.

There will be a lot of complaints after people invest for 50% and get 10% instead, you should entirely remove the 50% and make it only say 10% first week. Nobody will invest later if it starts 7500 coin / btc for the first few minutes then 5500, then 3000 in the end.. There's nothing stopping you from making the btc address available for a few or one big private investor getting all of the 50% bonus and the rest get 10% just minutes after that..and the 2 block rule is honestly bullshit.. I too wanted to invest a few btcs but this is pretty much dead on arrival. Basically the ones who got it at 50% instadump, start the chain reaction and everybody will lose big time except those few ppl at 50%. If you wanna make it fair, either lower the bonus to max 10% and make it a whole 24hours or remove all tiers and make it a fix sum for all the 8 weeks.

We really think this was a good choice as not entirely stable platform could cause much more trouble than one-day delay. Stay tuned!

After today's debacle, and with so many people, probably the majority complaining about the 50% bonus. I think the Decent team should consider, despite the venom today, cancel the ICO, and inform everyone that they will modify the bonus and make it more balanced. Communicate the reasons for the change, through email, twitter, Facebook. So that everyone could be inform. And make the new ICO perhaps the following Saturday, so that people can plan their week and be available.

Or if you guys want to keep the 50% bonus, don't give it a set limit of BTC where whales can come in the 1st minute, and screw everybody who came in 2 minutes later, expecting to buy with a 50% bonus. Instead make is so that the 1st 2 hours anyone will get a 50% bonus. Because the way it is right now it's bound to piss off a lot of people.

Will decent be traded any leading up to the release or not until post release? There's going to be about 6 months between the ico and the first release, just curious to see if there where any thoughts about pre release exchange trading.
