I believe that it is a little bit... hard to get the better upgrades. It takes a lot of time, to get from several large points in the game. Especially with the exchange feature.

Thanks! So much easier. The upgrades still take a while (from 5.1 bn to 120+ bn is a bit ridiculous) but at least the raw products are lowered significantly.

This is very tedious if only just to play it ..
now need a reality, which is where we spend time not only to play it .. but the result of that we play

I think that it's best left as a game to have fun and pass some time with. Doing a virtual funds to real funds would be hard to do, since there are two scenarios that I can think off the top of my head:

1) You do a direct ratio of funds -> real bitcoins. Unfortunately, this would mean that people with more expensive equipment would be earning more and more (exponentially) and would hog the payouts.

2) You could do something that pays out for the amount of time you invest in the site; however, this could be easily manipulated with bots.

Popular games don't give any incentives to play, other than the fact that it's fun to play. Similarly, just play the game and have fun with it.
