Looks like alot are swapping going on. This is the burn address. http://cryptobe.com/address/FUJJ9WD5yMdhpHaeqgsdt4Nxw5ZTF8cxib

Did someone seriously swap 4.99 GE? lol

Yes but it was a followup swap, guess they missed the change Smiley.

how many swing will i get for 900 GE?

It's 10%.

Decimal place one to the left.

900.00 GE = 90.000 Swing
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

I am a total non-programmer so forgive the question.
If I have weight shouldn't the network have weight?
Isn't the network weight the total weight of everyone?
The only other coin I saw this in was supposed to be
POS but it was accidentally turned off in the code.
Just checking.. since I have not idea.

Does it say you're staking?

If so we should be good.

The only place I know of in the code that you can turn off POS by accident is HERE where you set the block you want POS to start at. I have it set to block 1.

I'm not positive on how it shows net weight, but I think it only updates it when someone has staked a block.

Also think about it this way, when the GE network is going on a normal day there's probably 150,000 - 600,000 weight cracking blocks. POS has a starting diff that can only go so low, and the whole network probably has very little weight total considering we are only on block 175 and you usually don't start POS on block 1..

Alright I need some rest.

I will resume swaps asap.
In the meantime you can send it in and wait for me to resume, or wait for me to say I'm back online to send it in.

Some Todo Stuff:
[ ] Cleanup and linkify thread
[ ] Finish website
[ ] Get on Yobit (If you want to get a head start on this linking yobit to this thread and asking them to list Swing will speed it up.)
[ ] Push for Bittrex & others

If you sent me GE and did not get SWING prior to this post please get in contact with me! I think I got everyone though.

495,648.11215691 GE has been burned so far.

Testing to see if it's possible to make the price of a coin move due to something hard coded in. In this instance a swinging supply. The original idea was to test a swinging transaction tax rate, but that would have taken longer and I wasn't sure I could accomplish it.

Cost depends on your electrical cost.

Right now on pool - 3 Swing per block but long term average is 5 -
varying from 1 to 10 per block.

My estimate with current Hs rate is 2 swing per hour per THs -
Approx. 50 Swing per day per THs. My cost is $1.20 per THs per day.

For me, that puts it ata mining cost of 8160 sat per coin.

If Ths decreases, cost per coin will decrease as you would get more coins per share

That is my rough guess - assuming my quick off the top of my head math is right.
