Just like that its moving again. that was a long 10 days. I hope this coin does not fall off all the exchanges. Almost all pools and exchanges are in maintenance modes.

One trader on yobit in the chat was very requested to sell him a bunch of coins. I think he knows something! I bought 500 coins just in case.  Roll Eyes

Edit

I have added some SWING on there anyway at a realistic price, quite how anyone is going to get involved with this coin when people are pricing them at 10x there worth is beyond me lol

Hello Everyone,

https://trade.thecoin.pw/market/BTC-SWING this is a good exchange. Its a newer exchange and needs more active people and volume to build it up. Thecoin.pw has been around a long time as a mining pool. Personally been mining various coins there for past 2 years. Yes you can mine Swingcoin there as well! The exchange part was just added late 2018. Plenty of swing coin to be traded if you need some or want to sell some.

Just passing this info on as I was reading up on status of swingcoin and hope to see this coin progress!

Does anyone one have a list of active nodes for the SWING wallet? Also the correct way to add the nodes to the wallet? The normal (addnode "IP address" add) format in the console does not work and I get an error code.

Thanks

add lines to it's config file (on Linux it's usually in ~/.Swing/Swing.conf, on Windows it's probably in the program's dir inside appdata):

Code:
addnode=207.180.203.5
addnode=5.103.138.97

you can get more nodes here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/swing/#!network

Hello,

Well just checking in, was wondering where we can trade Swing? Looks like only exchange left is Yobit..... But of coarse the wallet is in Maintenance like it has been for past 3 years. Hoping there is something out there I don't know about?

Thanks

Swingcoin is now listed on Stakecenter:
https://stakecenter.co/client/exchange/BTC/SWING
https://coinpaprika.com/exchanges/stakecenter/

Established in 2020, Stakecenter is an exchange that also gives rewards on staking coins that are held in your account. So far the owner / dev has proved themselves to be competent & trust worthy, but then, which exchange ever is in the end?
Although still young with low volume, Stakecenter has all the tools to be a great Altcoin exchange. No one yet has quite filled the gap that Cryptopia (even Coinexchange) created when they ceased trading, maybe SC will.

Check it out. Come & trade. Let’s bring some life back to Swingcoin.

Not programmable, but rather pre programmed.
(Programmatically = automatically.)

Ok, this might seem like a dumb question.... How do you transfer coins from Staking to your normal balance? It seems all my coins are stuck in staking so I have a zero balance and can't do anything with them. I searched the command line options but don't see anything there.

Thanks

Hi Lighthousesat,
Sorry I forgot to tag you in the Stakecenter post.

Which balance are you referring to? Are you talking about the Swingcoin wallet?
Have you tried a rescan of the wallet?

Yes this is in the Swingcoin PC Wallet. I have tried rescan and repair in the command line. All coins are just in Staking. My available balance is 0? Up until 2-27-21 It was also received staking rewards to one of the receive addresses but seems to have stopped now.
Also what version should the wallet be?
Thanks

Well just an update, Wallet is still stuck about 3 weeks later. All coins still in "Stake". I wanted to download another wallet and put on a new machine and try transfering the swing.dat file and running it that way? But can't find any good wallet downloads now either.... My version is v1.0.0.1 this seems old?Huh Was trying to avoid just transfering the entire wallet cause if there is an issue like data corruption that would transfer with it. Also its a pain cause its on a server off site. Just looking to options and figure out what the hell is going on with this STake thing.
