i think if an account is banned youre only allowed to post in this section. any other forms of communication can result in ban evasion and can cause further action to your account to happen.

Yup he said "any other form of communication" which includes PMs or post.

Yep, if your account is banned, you can't use all your account during the period (how long have you beem banned? If no time specified then it means you can't use the forum forever). Your this account can't used to send PMs, only posts in Meta, and about your ban is allowed.

I think I may be repeating this but, nope you are not allowed to send PMs as well, it will be considered ban evasion.
And if the ban is not forever try going somewhere else for a while and then come back, if the ban is forever well forget bcttalk then, as I would say you did a pretty serious thing if you got a lifetime ban.

You cannot send PMs but you can change your signature of your banned account (implying that it has been banned and you can be contacted via email) and add any personal email address or skype address to let the other person contact you.

Sending Pms and/or posting are not allowed. As they have already stated. Try to talk through email or skype if you need to communicate with anybody in here.
