Are there any companies that produce wallets that can house many different crypto currencies such as bitcoin, doegecoin and litecoin

Mycellium on the android seems like a safe bet.
I'm not too sure about PC versions of those.

BTC, LTC, Doge and some others can be hold on superNET wallet in combination with NXT exchange assets. i use it as a central wallet for seven coins.
