How ? I plan on getting intouch with Farmers starting NOW to see about pricing for renting the land Per this event. Now i may already have an advantage hear as my second cousin actually lives on a farm with his parents so it could be an easy avenue for me to explore.
When ? To Be Decided (Obviously Warm Weather tho. I wouldn't fancy hitting the freezing grass/land ouch :p
Ambulance's (Just Incase) If no ambulances can attent, We will have at least 10 people who will be fully trained in giving aid and help to other's to garuantee safety as a Top priority
Security Guards will be on Site throughout the whole event.
Guides at entrance to show you around.
The reason for Pricing is due to the fact I will be paying the Farmer/Person. whatever funds remain will be used towards Adult & Child Soapbox Rewards We all Agree would Suit. And Only then if there is any remaining funds left it will be put back into Turron
Pricing:Entry to Event Adult/s - £10
Entry To Event Child/s - £2
Entry To Event Under 4's - FREE
Kids Soapbox Race Entry: £5
Race will be during mid-day
Adult Soapbox RaceEntry = £10
Race will be during Afternoon/Night
If Funds are paid through TUR/BTC We will use an Escrow Provider
If Cash we will use the farmer to hold the funds for us.
