Why i MUST refund the clients?!

I will Mark it in BLOD that the keys may be revoked and there is NO refunds.

If you mention that then is ok, but i think there will be no buyer that will buy keys that may be revoked ? Think about it

Who told you that selling spotify accounts are forbeidden ? If you are selling premium accounts for so cheap like in bulk for 1$ or something like that then people should use their brains here and know it's Cracked accounts which means you don't own them and you will end up with negative trust aswell .
If you want to sell this kind of stuff you may wanna go to HackForums , LeakForums , Nulled.io etc ...

Likely would still get a few negatives though.  There are a few that seem to police MSDN sellers who sell keys.   They neg over TOS not allowing selling keys.

For better or worse if you cannot show that you have some TOS allowing you to sell legally (which MSDN does not).  You will find negatives I think within first week not from customers but a few that seem to police selling msdn with bad feedback.

I saw someone selling 1 ebook here how to get unlimited spotify and AUTORENEW accounts (and thats for sure a scam/lie) and he did not said that this "trick" may end in the future.

For the thats is a scam.

No body can guarantee for a method how long will it work, it can be patched by websites dev, but if you start selling you may mention that if the key will stop working in "1 month" then i will replace with another.
At least guarantee an amount of time. I would suggest to contact maybe mods to get an opinion from them.

It is true that people are selling nobody stops but they get negative feedback which affect the sales? Would you buy from a "red" lots of negative feedback ?

Selling of MSDN keys is against Microsoft's ToS. If you break it, that alone would be a scam because you just break the terms you agreed upon when you used those keys. Also, the reasoning of saying ahead that the keys 'could be revoked' is illogical and not right. Why would you sell someone something that could be revoked if the buyer paid for it? If a buyer bought something, he/she should have it as long as he/she likes because first and foremost, he/she paid for it.

I think there are no  official rules about selling them here but some users don't like them because selling them is against Microsoft terms and they can stop working anytime so its loss for buyer who pay for this.Its the main reason why people don't like them being sold.
