Noone would control it. It's simple. If you know there are lots of bagholders above 0.003 levels would you let the coin grow to those levels to make those people exit or rather ping pong it from 0.001 to 0.003. I don't have time for such play but if you want some money on bot try to buy at 0.0015 and sell at 0.0025.
