Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

too risky for who sell youthose 17, if you charge back later up to 180 days, depend on the circuit used
no one in his right mind will accept this crap of paypal-->bitcoin, i dunno why users keep wanting this, besides being a scammer of course....

Better idea , buy someone something online have it shipped and have the money in escrow till then. Once they get it they can have the escrow release the money. This will take away the risk for both of you.

Yes, I guess this would be only way that somebody would even think about accepting selling you some coins, if you consider your trust level. Of course, you will have to find few different person to buy them something for Paypal, I doubt that 1 person would have something to buy for 17 BTCs worth of Paypal in one transaction. Cheers!

Why don't you walk to your nearest shop and buy a lottery ticket. You've got more chance of hitting the jackpot than anyone selling you 17 BTC for Paypal.
