I have a 1984 Toyota RV for sale with 40K miles on the legendary 22r 4cyl engine. Will get up to 20mpg.  Would love to trade for BTC.

isnt thier some Minimum mpg/efficency law?, you say that it "will get UP TO" 20mpg, so im thinking it skims around 15 and could be breaking that law

What country do you live in where the vehicles have a minimum fuel efficiency law?

Probably referring to Clean Car Standards, adopted by 13 states in the US but it only affects 2009 model cars and later.
