I like the changes to the UI, especially the part that allows me to see the win chance of the next bet and hence to know the the house edge of the next bet before making it.

Design is slightly better than on previous version. I do not like current background image.

Wow   nice look. Greatly improved over the last one, for sure.

but can i put in some suggestions? this is just my opinions.

the chat box takes up too many lines. i mean the messages take up it's own line and the username takes up it's own line. it can look cleaner if it didnt do that.

2ndly the website is very stretchy.

this looks bad in my opinion because the background and everything else will stretch with it, but thats just me or is it my browser problems?

Just had a quick peek at this site for the first time, looks good, I don't see any issues with the design at all. I really can't afford to start playing yet another Dice site & get hooked though . I'll have to just wish the owners good luck & be on my way . Seriously though the site looks great & SHOULD have no problem attracting & keeping lots of players.
