Not suspicious, really. He could have sold all of his bitcoin and then realized that he needed 0.05 BTC, so now he's requesting a loan. His BCT collateral is (IMHO) worth more than the loan. |

not if the account collateral get a negative feedback after OP defaulted on this loan. just sayin'. when the collateral is bct acc, lend only if you can afford to lose it. |
