Second, the OP did provide a hash to verify that the number that won it was indeed the number OP had in mind while creating the thread.
Third, it is not provably fair, something close to it.
Fourth anyone was free to choose that number.
I was just teasing....I know it was free....I was just trying to have more fun since I came in second place and didn't win first....srry....was just trying to be funny. That's something us online poker players say after a bad beat, just to be humorous...."rigged!"
