However, I believe the owner don't pay transaction fees. I have transactions  from them in 'Pending' status in my wallet since 1 day ago.  

All my 'Pending' transactions in my wallet from DreamBTC disappeared from my transaction list. What does this mean?

EDIT - update: I re-synced my wallet again, the transactions appear again. Still 'Pending'
