There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

1) When is the launch =
2) If this coin has no blockchain, then explain this:
Code:
blocks\
blocks\blk00000.dat 16384 kb
blocks\rev00000.dat 1024 kb

and so on...

This seems just like a new hype trying to lure people into mining a useless coin.

Just my two cents.
