You want to buy an account for signature? However if you want to start from zero then you need to put efforts. For me, I establish my account here, and wait few months (when I post here consistently), and let my rank be higher and earning signature incomes.
Alternatively, one of my friends have earned 0.1 BTC from faucets/altcoin free distribution etc., then he bought a high ranked Full Member account, and he got ROI within few weeks.
As this is your lending thread, please name your amount needed, and the collateral you provide.

What collateral will you use? As long as it's not your account and the collateral is valid and higher value than the loan itself, then you really should have no problem with getting a loan.

An example collateral would be a few stable altcoins.

Nope. I'm sorry but no one in here will lend you any amount. Collateral is a must in every loan and I see you don't have any. Why not try to gather the amount you need some other way? No need to get a loan man. There are plenty of ways you can get it. Also you can start from your newbie account and wait, be an active member here also have patience and soon enough you will slowly get to a Full member rank.

Btw Have you tried joining your account to a sig campaign? If I am not mistaken there is a campaign that accepts newbies. The rate is low but it can be a good start.

why don't you just join a signature campaign and earn enough to buy a decent one. Or sell some spotify accounts as your name would suggest. Nobody is going to fill this loan otherwise.
