I'm thinking about the idea to launch the ICO here locally and not via a exchange.

I don't like the Buy walls that exchanges are putting in place as this results in people directly dumping on the buy walls.

I'm also thinking about having a flexible price, meaning, if for 10 BTC is sold then all coins will be split so the price per coin will be lower.

Let me know your ideas....
