As far as I can tell, the only fee was electricity. That said, read my quote above from where Aliser just stated that this has been changed (no electricity fee). The question now is what's being done about those of us who were harmed in the meantime. |

We reviewed feedbacks and updated the system for the best interest of our players. From now on, if player does not login to game for 3 days, all the PSUs will pause and there will be no electricity cost.

All the fees and system planned for that. And Miner Farm has right to remove fees, add extra fees, decrease or increase fee amounts anytime. Electrity fee was working as intended, it was not an error or mistake, and no harm can be considered as well. We evaluated the feedback and decided to pause electricity fees after 3 days as a good intention. We always consider user interest, but we also have to keep the website running. For that purpose, we may activate the electricity fee in the future again but this is not our plan at the moment. Regards |

I don't recall seeing that even after the systems were shut down (i.e., using no electricity, even as per the UI) you were being charged for the thing not being used. |

First of all, i wanted to say thank you for your wise decision, i really appreciate it. Secondly, I'd like to suggest a little change on second factor, how about make it as an option instead of mandatory? I mean, people could choose to add second factor as an extra layer of safety, but people also could opt to just put username-password-captcha as log in details, because on my own experience, the reason why im not really active on minerfarm is because im too lazy to open my phone and input the second factor code from it. |

Something seems a bit amiss in blocks found. I'm in "Always Profitable" pool and we haven't hit a block in over 21 hours and 49 blocks found. I comprehend variance but this is extreme! The pool is in the top three in overall hashpower. It "should" be finding an appropriate number of blocks, but isn't. All the other pools are finding blocks at the stated rate and the find rate it generally spread amongst the pools roughly correlating to hashrate. Always Profitable doesn't seem to be in the randomization calculation anymore :/
It took over 22 HOURS!!
On another note.....
I tried joining the MinerFarm forum to get support there instead of posting it here, BUT: Thank you for registering. The admin must approve your registration before you may begin to use your account, you will receive an email shortly advising you of the admins decision. <-------------that is kinda 1990's don't you think?

How do you earn money? You can buy extra miners from trade section or shop. Your free to buy and sell your miners when you want except the free 10gh/s you get for free you can't sell this one. |
