At the moment i am stuck at this picture that @Gleb Gamow linked https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi66.tinypic.com%2F142vn61.jpg&t=581&c=fHlKfB7gtvLbjQ

Does anyone have any idea how many cents in the dollar we should expect back from this class action? I haven't seen any breakdown of accepted claims vs total assets anywhere.

They couldn't do that at least until after October 5th, when approved Claimants must submit the IRS. form etc.

Even then, I doubt we'll know right away.

Much longer until all those overseas snail mails arrive. Maybe in early November, so don't expect payouts until December.

I find that very interesting, and now the thread is gone. I looked for more info but can't find any. The google cache page just shows people asking for airdrops.  I wonder if more info will come out soon. Good find.

edit : could also be some dumb scammers who didn't think people would catch on so quickly. Will be interesting to watch in the coming days

Quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of doing everything around here  Tongue Tongue Tongue: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:EyUuWONXXbMJ:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php%3Faction%3Dprofile%3Bu%3D959120%3Bsa%3DshowPosts+&cd=3&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

I see that they're using Cryptsy's content as their own.

Thanks for taking a look. I hope none of those folks actually sent him anything. Glad it's taken down now for the most part.  I doubt it's any of the cryptsy guys but I guess we will see as time goes on.

Even if there is 512 pages... I am on 71 currently... All upside downs, funny replies, trolls, false accusations, proofs, identity chase... This topic is really amusing.... Thank you! Hopefully in next 4-5 days i will read everything Cheesy

So glad that our collective loss of millions of coins is amusing you.

Hopefully in 4-5 days, you will get a clue.

I'm glad that i made you chuckle Cheesy . At the moment im feeling burned out, i read to much of this, and not going so fast. I am really interested what is happening after Vern's announce that hack happened, Mulick is still in exile. I'm stuck around 266th page. Reading it slowly, few pagers per hour/day now. I have seen just by googling that Cryptsy has went down totally and law suits are on the way(but still all process how went down that road I am interested to see what happened and what brought to it). I mean common! How can you not see that someone already reported bug on github(Lucky7 backdoor)

Thanks for the link.
Probably a bit late to realize now but I see that Vernon is shown as a defendant in the class action. Obviously he wasn't represented and didn't put up any assets, so if and when he gets caught are people who joined the class action still able to go after him?

Yes, so to administer to him the full soft cushions and comfy chair treatment - plus other wink-wink niceties - he rightfully deserves.

Talking about a comfy chair made me think of this scene from Casino Royale lol, because that's what I personally feel like doing to him!
