It's probably cheaper to organize the company as a partnership than a corp so there's that... but corps are separate from personal... as long as the veil isn't pierced the business can't be seized in the event of a personal issue... i.e. divorce...

Honestly after seeing this shitshow I wish a true decentralised exchange was created... something where you can just do wallet to wallet trades of one coin to another and a bit goes off to a change address or something for the services fees. I was looking at using poloniex and bittrex but no matter where you go or what you read there is all this doubt... maybe I just go back to doing trade by trade in small amounts or something. Maybe just cash my alts back to bitcoin and run away for 6 months and come back after the halving . Probably the only sensible way.
