Mullick vanished after lipping me off after Cryptsy staff DOXX'd me on this topic months ago.. HIS LAST FORUM COMMENT Want to Dox me ? You can't.. i already did it myself LOL
I have no clue how your information made it onto the web. If I had to guess it would be the above I expected you to say that precisely. Predictable shit.. as always LOL edit: And a reminder people.. i told you on this topic i never gave that info to anyone.. except Cryptsy. so... Your appearance here is a typical example of "the pot calling the kettle black"What happened? Was spoetnikcoin not listed at cryptsy? You and BitJohn were such a close friends.... (see link below) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=833442.msg9323172#msg9323172It was then that I realized that cryptsy was runned by scammers.. why would people working for Cryptsy otherwise take your ideas serious ...(see same link). A year ago one could recognize the cryptsy scammers by their cryptsy logo in their avatars. Unfortunately a lot of them (including spoetnik has changed their avatar). Edit: I saw in this thread also a few references to CAPS (a coin created by Mullic and called by many an "in house cryptsy scam coin" and scammed by BitJohn). In the following thread some background information about CAPS: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=860379.msg9609654#msg9609654I feel sorry for all the honest people who believed in cryptocurrencies and invested and traded at cryptsy. Good Luck and I hope justice will prevail for them!!

Did the 10,000 start to sell off? Ok so here is an Option that isn't listed. Cryptsy to be owned by all the account holders. They own it outright! How is a BankruPTSY going to solve even a fraction of the losses? Some servers and a Credenza sold off? Community takeover! Not sure if people would trust it again but this is better than Bankruptcy. Trading can go back to fees and all fees are split until each holder is paid off. If they already made back 3000 of the coins then time is the only factor. Also when the Alts were traded for BTC all of these trades were technically on an internal ledger not associated with a BitCoin wallet. If there are no BitCoin to back any trades then this is the only possibility how trading kept going and the halting was on the withdrawing process when it converts to real BitCoin. So this is the real crime since other insiders could now take their Fake BTC and LTC sell them for other coins and get out leaving the buyers holding the fake BTC. Halting and investigation was the only legal option. Unless the investigation just lead them back to Cryptsy. No the coins have not moved (yet?). Once they do, i'm sure everyone will know very fast though. I'm also amazed beyond belief that they would just brush off a theft of over 5 million USD!! Let's play Who's Dumber! Paul Vernon: Has millions stolen but doesn't call the police. Thief: Stole millions but doesn't spend the money for a year and a half after learning there's no police report. Why o why didn't I listen to the fud???

Finally, the whole world will learnt what a scammer and thief Paul Vernon is thanks to finally posting neg trust on his Trust Thingy. In case you missed the sarcasm, and I know you missed it because ... wait for it ... ALL THAT'S PENNED IN THE TRUST SECTION OF THIS FORUM IS NOT INDEXED BY ANY SEARCH ENGINE ON THE INTERNET. Pretty amazing, eh? Don't believe me, take any abbreviated phrase of anybody's negative trust, put quotes around it, and Google it. Results: 0!

Not sure if he had a good hunch, or he just threw shit at the wall to see what would stick, but he was right here. this might be the only time he's been right. Great Job Diabeetus Welfare Sleuth. It kinda ticks me off when people like BitJohn Rage quit, and say things like 'BTC is controlled by few im leaving the space' etc etc, yes well if there was some goddamn responsibility and accountability people wouldent fucking aquire hoards of it for fucking free. What a fucking shit storm.
Yano As I sit here..and think about all this.. its almost 100% impossible that no one else knew. Especially any one that had any dealings with the Wallets. Theres no way that any one in that 'department' *cough* dosent keep tabs on this stuff. IF they dident, their heads in the sand.. hell when Im playing in markets, I watch the block chain / explorer(s) for that pair like a HAWK, as I wanna know what may be possibly be comming down the pipe, and Im just a fucking trader. Rest assured that Horus knew, and notice he's not been here since Paul Vernon relaid the theft.

Don't be that naive. Factom used this method to get some attention and if you do the math, you will see: Approximately 31 BTC / 0.0005 BTC = 62,000 "Dust-transactions". Even friends of mine got a little surprise from Factom without having connections to Factom or being invested. And no, to be recognized as supporter of blockchain-technologies (because somebody obviously has a Bitcoin-address) doesn't mean what you would like to imply with: "recognized as early adopters or supporters of factom foundation and could even be among backers of their ico. Or they themselves could work at factom."Or do you believe Factom recognized early adopters of Factom by sending 0.0005 BTC to approx. 65,000 random addresses? That's ridiculous. And again: They didn't say that. Johnston said: "The reason the Factom team sent these bitcoins out is to recognize you as an early adopter / supporter of new blockchain technology projects. (Your address was among many on the bitcoin ledger who previous supported other community projects)
We hope you will check out the Factom Software Sale and use this bit of bitcoin to claim your first Factoid(s) and thus be able to join our community as a beta tester / early adopter. "He also said: "If you aren't interested, that's cool just keep the BTC as a small tip for being an active part of the community."
It's called advertising. ;-) With the venerable Paul Johnson at the helm. HAHAHA

Figuring out who owns the btc addresses that received the multiple 1000BTC transactions could lay in the small amounts that are also received on those addresses.
Not really. People send these tiny transactions as a form of cheap advertising. Just scam the blockchain for the 10,000 most "interesting" addresses (most active, highest balance, most famous) and send them some dust from your vanity address. Personally it leaves me with a negative association ("factom == spammer") but I guess it must work, or they wouldn't keep doing it. Either way, you can't assume a connection between factom and the thief just because because factom sent some dust to the same addresses that hold the stolen coins. How THE FUCK is a cold wallet jacked??? "We were alerted" yeah fucking right. Did mullick have to stop his reach around on you for five seconds to "alert" you?? Because your tight ass security did not scan every time before putting the cold wallet online?
You don't put cold wallets online. Because they are cold. ALL THAT'S PENNED IN THE TRUST SECTION OF THIS FORUM IS NOT INDEXED BY ANY SEARCH ENGINE ON THE INTERNET. Pretty amazing, eh?
That's because you can't see trust feedback if you aren't logged in. Presumably the search engine spiders don't log in when crawling the web.

I guess the only person who can really shed light on what's happened at Cryptsy 1.5 years ago is Nicholas Mullesch aka Mullick. He supervised all coin daemons running there. The feds would like to talk to him for sure. Soon.
