I see no actual news posted lately on the topic.

With that, I'll opine that it seems everyone who ever said a damn word in Cryptsy's Trollbox was part of the scam, according to some of you...

Hippy Dippy, check yourself in!

You are fucked up, from the floor up.

Spurts...

Go fuck yourself mate and nuke a pizza, your blood sugar's MUCH to low!

Carry On

This Pastebin link guy is you trying to drum up business for your mustache rides right ?

And you got it wrong.. one does not simply "nuke" a pizza.. one BAKES them ! Yummy  Cheesy

My so called "FUD" on Cryptsy and on other projects has brought on much wrath LOL
I have taken a pounding for YEARS people.. i couldn't count how many misc threats i have had.
Hell i even got a few lately on other non-crypto sites hahhaha  Cheesy

Hilarious how a guy showed up here on this topic 100 pages back trolling me
with a brand new account using the full name i registered at Cryptsy with..
And when i said hey Cryptsy staff HOW the hell does that happen ?
Mullick who i know all too well showed up to say uhhh duuuuh "I don't know"
(Google search what a Mullick is if you don't know NOOBS)

THEN !
HE vanished and never came back to Crypto .......waaaaaaaay before they admitted there was a "hack"
This was back in their denial days when they said Gleb and i were FUD'ers and they were going to sue us and any News site that posted stories about the problems users were having.
Because they kept saying it was all a lie by "Trolls" FUD'ING !

Then apparently they can admit we were right all along for 100 pages and simply ignore all that past lying
and expect us all to believe the shit they are saying NOW.. about hackers etc.
OR how "DCGirl" was chatting with BigVern on the phone in China and he's a "good guy"
And would neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever rip you all off.
And you can take HER word for it because she is soooooooooooooooo fucking credible herself LOL

JShock ?
Oh god where do i start with this mouth piece.
Hey prick i have family that rides bikes too punk... get the hint you mouthy fucking cunt ?
Just cause you THINK your a mouthy tough guy don't make you one clown.
Come to my town if you have the balls bitch LOL
He prob won't though because he's a broke pussy now with the Cryptsy gravy train derailed.
Back to Foopile and Porn Advertising with your bum buddy Paul huh ?
Ahhhh credible mother fuckers hahhahah

This fuckhead hick is busy these days last i seen advertising coins for Stakeminers on Social Media.
Yup you heard right this sleazy cunt Jim Shockney was seen flogging coins that were taken over
by the Stakeminers fraud crew who sat on Cryptsy defending them until they closed the doors.
Mr Leroy Fodor and Michael Wilterdink ahhh a classy crew now hard at work with ex Cryptsy fraudsters.

Hey JShock thanks again for the 1 year ban for saying you were "hacked"
..that you said here in writing that you guys had NEVER been hacked ever.
Seems you lied and then banned me for no reason huh ?
How ya gonna ban me now bitch ?

Horus ?
I will save you for my next rant coming soon Wink

Death threats huh ?
I wonder why i get them ? nawww i know why Wink

But i don't take them cock suckers and i give them out.. ask around Wink
"KNOW" who the fuck your dealing with cyber-criminals..
or i should say amateur wannabee half-ass clown criminals.

You should see what kinds of pictures i have had deleted from the forum.
I had a pic of a Glock removed and a fancy Rucko brand blade i had sitting on a digital scale removed here before.

You cocky ass pieces of shit want some come on fucking down.. i am right here.
Come & get it. (my name & address is pretty easy to find and ALWAYS has been)
Little reminder though i know everyone everywhere bud have been across the planet a few times quickly.
There is no such thing as "hiding"
It's all a matter of time until your ass is dealt with scammy fuckers.
yeah..
Watch your backs.

Especially the cocky shit head hiding out in China.
I hear some people are looking for you dumb fuck LOL
Good luck with that hahhahahaaaaaaaaa

Ya just never know who the hell your going to piss of THIEVES.
And ripping off the wrong people *may* be hazardous to your health  Cheesy

Ya.. you probably SHOULD be worried scumbags.. i would be if i were you.

FUD first & ask questions later™

cryptsy used my bitcoin deposit address that i used with many transactions over the years, to move 50,100 BTC out of cryptsy. If you got hacked you wouldnt have been continuing to send all offlinewallet through my BTC address pretending that the wallet is online now for weeks afterwards. Trying to put the blame on me. I dont have the private BTC address key soi dont control the BTC sneaking out of cryptsy through my addresses. i made lots of cryptsy BTC addresses usually 1 new address for every transaction, so i have multisignature tx's that you cant trace i should have kept my BTC offline 90% of it and i wouldnt have lost 50 BTC i left on cryptsy thinking it would be safe there.
i should post all my cryptsy addresses on here so you can see where verns been sending all this money.
i had a buy order for 10 satoshi, dogecoin, about 9 and half million dogecoin at about 1 btc all up, the price dropped to satoshi a week or two later i just caught it. i did not have1 doge coin in my wallet.  i took a screenshot, downloaded the csv order book spoke to support, they never replied. theres 10 bitcoin in profit wasted. this was a few months before they shut downs they were slowly shutting down the site scam after scam. if people listen to what others have seen and lost through these scammers, it would help people avoid these businesses and people who commit these crimes crime after crime.

What questions was he being asked when he made that face?

Was it something like " so all customer funds are safe"

if I remember the interview correctly.

Mean time he's thinking like.... "As safe as they can be in my hands"

"All told, more than $700,000 denominated in 40 different digital currencies has been taken into possession, Sallah wrote.
This was in addition to just under $25 from a Coinbase account previously under the control of Cryptsy."

 unless its mostly bitcoin,
good luck with turning 40 different shitcoins into $700,000.
OTOH i guess  that $25 from Coinbase is a lock so theres that anyway....

I looked at it pretty good and all I can say is Vern did a pretty good job of getting anything of value out of there.. Not much left but scraps..

I took some screen shots of my Dash balance during the Cryptsy account lock-down phase. Can I claim any of those coins that I see above in the Dash field? I lost 332.77083215 Dash to my name. At this point it doesn't hurt to ask.

Receviership mistyped sum of Bitcoins Vernon transferred to Coinbase directly from Cryptsy - it is 11000 BTC not 1100.

One more thing on which receivership have to pay special attention:

Vernon sent on these Coinbase addresses -  1Jnz9XLNMdSyx1vPCsgQQkZYy2SrXsJcmE and 1LBDM5jvaE1e32KktyEyzWoPkY2CddUBZJ  BTCs directly from Cryptsy wallets. In total for both addresses it is 11695 BTCs.He did not changed it for 2 years,so I believe it was probably registred on Cryptsy and funds obtained from selling BTCs deposited on these addresses were probably used to pay Cryptsy and Vernon expenses in US (salaries, hardware, renting offices on Florida and Canada, buying big house, SUVs...)

But, rest of BTCs, 10012 BTCs were sent to his personal BTC wallets directly from Cryptsy wallets or from other exchanges accounts on which he was selling users altcoins for BTCs.He also sent them on Coinbase, but not on above addresses - he generated new deposit address for each transaction from personal wallets. In mine previous posts I list founded till now deposit addresses.I dont think so that Coinbase account was registred on Cryptsy, most likely it is personal account(or registred on his offshore company) .

Coinbase could give valuable help by providing list of all his money transfers - personal and business.

But,also Vernon sent BTCs from Cryptsy(and also received BTCs from selling Cryptsy altcoins on other exchanges) to his personal wallets - 9166 BTCs, where 6067 came directly from Cryptsy and 3099 from selling altcoins on other exchanges

Main addreses of these wallets are :

1MSijnGgNRFKJAMweRcPCbF8whSpdyDUkm  and    1oFmWzZRF6b2kTiTrkSJ7CQZ2JnB351oH

That's a pretty big mistake for a lawyer on a legal document...

I am not 100% convinced tat this receiver lawyer dude and mulluck are not paid of by Vern to do who knows what..
