Paul vernon this is a very serious warning to you, you owe me $ 60 Million at this address t1PaQQ1DgjUn6yKimyrfukPmUuCPy8jFZuS i know you have coinseaex.com you owe us the equivalent of 1200 Bitcoin also we force you to return the money we have everything on you the status of the company your telephone conversations your locations all your history and also that of your sweetheart, how did you meet your little girl friends, it would be a shame for her to destroy an excellent career, how would her idol Warren buffet have reacted? Do you think he would participate in justice? also How long would you think you could hide without being found how many billions of dollars are at stake now? You know that people in the world work hard for $ 25 a month for 1 month, how many people do you think have been on your shores for a very long time? Why have you kept a monstrous sum without doing anything concrete? We have everything on you and we know you are so sad to the point of wanting to die ... We know about your secret connection with Lao Mao and Bébé9 Cybex and Bitbi9.com, and we have everything on him too we will stop him no matter what it costs we know all about money laundering and the famous 130,000 Bitcoin bought at $ 1: 'p, now we can protect you from the old cat we will take care of his case very very soon believe us. We have had all the facts about multi-billion dollar money laundering in the United States and its Grand Shores Ventures investment funds for a very long time, a lot of people around the world will be working to denounce what you do with the platforms, you. know how they see the exchange platforms guys? like a boarding boat they plunder, taking the money, i would like them to make a picture for all of us of the cryptsy customers' boat boarding your pirate ship! do you think you can do that to me on your site https://opensea.io/? How long do you think before the murderers arrive? you can run away they already follow you everywhere no matter what you do, and no matter where you go you will only put yourself in more danger, very quickly return all the bitcoin money to the receiver you have his address you do not have not 10 years ago, "C'est pas des lol Wink", I believe you are going to find some guys who are included in the class action lawsuit and who posted here a long time ago being very well regarded, who are in truth included in the " hacking "for a very long time HAHAHAHA, are we good? I know that you are all panicking already, we are going to have a good laugh guys remember the old cat he is in all the damn schemes, they still have platform "hacks" planned, at the moment their fights are binance and it will end badly you are all warned ...!

Also we can publish your emails your passwords your in and out addresses here publicly, they just wait until you don't return the customers' money to the receiver and that's it for ALL the old chat team, we have all the names ready that you use and everything about them, their money can be confiscated as soon as tomorrow if you wish, so now don't wait enter the private keys return the money and a surprise awaits you!

Guys I have a small issue regarding coinbase settlement, my settlement benefit check was issued October 6, 2020 about a month later it came to me and I went to my local bank to get my money. Sadly, my check came bank after Tri Sate Bank said they do no process checks on collections. Coinbase settlement asked me to send the check back to them in the US and I did. On the 17th of Feb I received an email from them saying they got it and please allow us 60 days for the wire transfer to be processed. Last I heard from them was on the 23rd of march and I got this answer:

Thank you for your email.

The wires for the reissued payments have not gone out yet.  I did find your claim and it is now reissue ready.  I just took over the handling of this case and am trying to get a handle on where everything stands.

I hope the wire will go out by the end of the month but I am not yet certain.  As soon as I am aware of what wires have been sent, if any, and those still needing to be issued I plan to get in touch with all Class Members as soon as possible.  I can tell you that the reissue has been processed, that alone is great.

Should I be worried?

Thank you for reading

One would think so, but I haven't seen anyone else posting on these movements. I just have a list of transaction links in a bookmarks folder that I open periodically and take note when I see a move. I mean, surely someone reported Cryptsy and Paul Vernon to the FBI and other authorities, and surely they're on top of it, right?

Can someone post a summary of these recent transactions?

Addresses / transactions in the Cryptsy blog at the time of the hack can be seen here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20160325013714/http://blog.cryptsy.com/

These two addresses had 100BTC incoming transactions in 2014, and weren't spent until 2020:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/15yRZyEyzwyNhCFBfqWBJDXsuJn9WJVhnJ
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/17QwFUD9awdi4JcncVrkxfDDBvEos8HU8H

These two addresses had 100BTC incoming transactions in 2014, and weren't spent until 2021:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/12KBnNKkEdjcojNZ7ceBhDBJWhMZbtttgr
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/159m8sYcDJwPfJaVpLeKJitkQTiPKevnY4

The last address to have 100BTC sent to it remains unspent here:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1AA8YJ2DeYr99BS1PrsFKWC1p9hXT28dup

The reward/bounty address that Paul Vernon set up had small amounts sent to it in 2016. It was spent in February this year suggesting that even if Paul Vernon wasn't in control of the above, he is certainly in contol of the below and thus, must be alive.
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1KNi4E4MTsF7gfuPKPNAbrZWQvtdQBTAAa

If you follow the trail, it always ends up at an exchange. For example, if you follow the https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/159m8sYcDJwPfJaVpLeKJitkQTiPKevnY4, you'll see that it follows a trail to Binance's hot wallet here: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s

This BTC is long laundered through Binance and HitBTC. As the Class Action is now over, I'm assuming it's done and dusted as far as the lawyers on the case are concerned; they certainly haven't responded to my comms.

This is some good forensics and it took me down a rabbit hole, revisiting the feud between BitJohn and Gleb for the last hour. I wonder if CZ would care about this sort of thing. Binance has taken actions to stop flows of coins from hacked/scam exchanges. HitBTC... wouldn't count on it.

BitcoinXpress once said that Big Vern started a new exchange in China... guess business from that dried up at some point?

Yes, I would be worried. The English in this message is terrible, and this is supposed to be a law firm?  I don't know who you are communication with, but I suspect its not who you think it is. I don't know why your bank would refuse to honor a check for any reason.... that would be a great place to start.

Speaking of coincidences, I really don't think such things exist, and maybe there is a real hacker under the scenes, but the real fact is that money remains in the addresses.
An the simplest explanation is almost always the truth. The private keys or passwords to decrypt the wallets(if the seed phrase wasn't stored properly) were lost.
B.V, instead of recognizing that, preferred someone to steal from him than to acknowledge his ineptitude.

Unfortunately this is the case, everything is verifiable sp4ke is the real hacker with the complicity of his two brothers I confirm it to you, although BV left with the rest of the funds The money is recoverable if they want to return the remaining. The second part is confused, BV would have let himself be stolen because he did not store his private keys correctly, so he would have preferred to have them stolen? Man you're kidding the world a 3 year old kid wouldn't believe that. I hope for you that you are not a troll who tries to protect thieves from chakib and his brothers because you look like it;)
