Hello can anyone from the support team help me. I lost my key or wallet file but I do remember the password and wallet number. I have proof of mining and the transaction number also. i just need my wallet file recovered
If you lost your wallet.dat file, and did not make any backups, or if you do not have private keys (which you could have extracted from wallet.dat and written it down on paper), then there is nothing anyone can do for you. That's crypto, that's how it is designed to work, same case as if you loose your real life wallet with tour hard earned paper money in it. Noone will replace that, noone can. Everywhere you look, there are recommendations like - Make backup of your wallet file, make another backup of the file, put it in 3 different locations, dump the private keys and put them on paper, store it with your notary or in a bank deposit box. Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but no wallet.dat file, no coins. |

http://stats.expanse.tech/Down! and expanse.tech was just Down aswell, got the cloudflare error about site being Down but it came back up, seems like Heavy ddosing inbound. That is exactly what is happening. All of our stuff is getting ddos'd to hell and back. |

Is there an online wallet for EXP like MEW for ETH?
BTW - if I go to MEW and connect via EXP network, will it create ETH wallet or EXP wallet?

I think yes, as we a lot of Expanse big holders expect that we will hit 100$ in this year. All this grows from 2$ to 8$ was without any news or rumors, but now Expanse team prepare something big for us, and we can only buy and wait for it. |

Also, I can't send between accounts using my wallet, it shows I have a few in one wallet and few in another and want to send it all to one wallet but when I try to send some it won't let me add anything and if I hit the send all button it doesn't populate anything. Either way still just shows total amount 0.00, any idea what's going on?
