If you want to make a trading platform, you should already know enough PHP to just start programming. If you are looking for a resource in this manner, then I would reconsider the decision as you won't make one that is reliable and secure, if you make one at all.

You can wait a bit, then i had finished my exchange but im currently not able to dev it currently, and i dont now if i should sell it or to make it Open Source.

A word of warning about that script.  It is created by the infamous Carson Klock.

I unfortunately bought it, it was a waste of money.
