I'm so confused. I've tried importing the keys with Bither and Blockchain.info, both import fine but I can't send transations. I see transactions being sent out of the addresses though at a steady pace. I haven't actually secured any amount, is this normal? What am I doing wrong?

My Bitcoin core software is still synchronizing, so I can't try with that yet.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I'm in the exact same situation, however no one likes to help around here, they just like to post memes instead of telling us why we shouldn't waste our time.

It is pretty sad how unhelpful the Bitcoin community is. It almost seems like they don't want Bitcoin to be successful.

I have seen over $70 claimed from the addresses I'm watching. It is not impossible to get money from this. However, nobody seems to want to help.

Total amount left in the last addresses posted is $87.24.

*EDIT* I'm not phishing anybody, I'm watching the transactions as they happen... Seriously, what is wrong with you folks? I really don't think you guys understand how resilient the network is. It is not being DDoSed, there are simply people who know how to work with fees. Us "noobs" are just asking for help to make sure we aren't doing anything wrong.

That's because most people don't want to participate in this 'attack' on the network. aka, not helping, IS helping.

It's a waste of time; you won't get any actual bitcoin from this. The "why" is pretty technical so if you are new you likely won't understand. But you really shouldn't waste your time.

Seriously folks, do not contaminate your normal wallet with this, use a throwaway. If you receive Bitcoin from this you're basically spam attacking your own wallet.

So what you are saying is..

1. I tried to do this..
2. I dont understand it enough to get it working.
3. Now, anyone else who tries is BAD, coz its spam..

What a f*cking tosser.

We must make money worse as a commodity if we wish to make it better as a medium of exchange

Not the case. People don't have the access or knowledge on the required tools to get those coins moved. Read few of the last pages of this post and you'll figure out how hard it is to do it.

The people that are making progress aren't even reading this thread, they're too busy working to get free BTC. Cheesy

I'd be surprised if someone manages to get $1 of Bitcoin into their actual wallet from this, and even if they do it'll be comparable to a dollar covered in shit due to the enormous amount of inputs.

Seriously folks, do not contaminate your normal wallet with this, use a throwaway. If you receive Bitcoin from this you're basically spam attacking your own wallet.
you need to make a new wallet, import keys and try to send small amounts to your regular wallet address and you get clean bitcoins..this worked for me

If you weren't the very first few to get the private key, there is no much use going ahead with it. Probably you will make some 0.01 an hour (if you get lucky)..

The good of the community is not helping as this is spam to the mempool. You're just too damn blind and greedy to see anything else.
