Yea this is a big problem for myself and others... Can we post our address? And if it has more than X amount of bets then we qualify?
Then lower the requirements to 20 activity if you meet the betting requirements?

By doing this you still have low chances of people double entering, because even if they bet that X amount of times they still need another bitcointalk account with 20 activity.
