Is thre a plan to impriove blocktime reajustment?

It is good to discuss the posibilities.

We have two problems here. The recurrent mining farm and the low interest.
You might have recognized that if a few more people point their miner to SOIL the blocktime adjusts to 1 min.

I could tune the reajustment but this would need a fork again which I would like to avoid at the moment.

Another qusetion:
SOIL becomes part of the Rokos platform.
Is the source needed for the RPI alraidy availeble?

We can wait for more miners but it is not profitable mining with current exchange rate or it it as blocktime is 1 minute?
Keep in mind that it takes maybe a long time before people see the potential of SOIL and the current blocktime isues do not help the populairity of SOIL.
Etherium is an still in expiriamental fase so making a new fork is not a big problem I think. Now it is the time to correct the code.
When SOIL is on Rokos it is better to have the best code available. In the beginning of Februari the launche Rokos package and better solve reajustment before.
Or is it not needed to have the new fork available for the Rokos platform?
On Rokos SOIL runs only as a node.

Together with GMC we can work on gemification of IoT and lot more.

Soon network will be down again with 4 hour block times.
No miners at pools, only big solo miner takes all the coins. When blocks will be stable over 1-2 minutes, he will left, and network will be in coma for another week.

We really need more rapid adjustments to the difficulty!

Has the developer been aware of this problem? If so, will he do anything to it? We need fast block adjust.

Edit: I notice that the developer is aware of the problem and asking for suggestions.

Can you make the difficulty adjustment to be every block? How long the the Ethereum block target?

the kimoto gravity well actually does retarget every block, the flaw within that system is that it targets higher quickly, and lower much more slowly. irregardless, its still one of the best difficulty algorithms out there. its also not exactly configurable to react quicker, it does so according to a scaled formula (i believe its a .4% retargetting, and with difficulties up so high, it takes a long time to readjust downwards.) Ethereum is hard-coded to the 15 second block time as well. the danger with ethereum is that, with their distribution model, theyll be fighting inflation sooner rather than later. the fact that they have many more dApps being deployed on their blockchain mitigates this a bit, with the "gas" thats being spent.

ive been researching a lot of python written applications lately that would be fitting towards our targeted systems of renewable energy and ubiquitous agriculture. python, being a very close cousin to the serpent programming language, and nearly a simple port across with pyethereum and pythapp, theres a wealth of open source applications that can boost uor ecosystem with pure scientific applications. from solar penetrations programs to microgrid energy development apps. much of whats out there will require something close to ipfs to run well, and thus, ive been reading up on swarm a lot, which has fractional storage across the nodes.

where its easy to find financial and gambling based dApps right now, bringing the scientific modelling onto the SOIL network should make us more appealing to renewable energy developers.
