Some general information about the cards:

- Issued by bank located in Malta
- Reloadable by the following payment methods from the European Union:
     - anonymous cash vouchers (can be bought at many gas stations all around EU)
     - bank transfer (only from own bank accounts)
     - SOFORT banking (only from own bank accounts)
- require short online verification (SIM verification and scan of your passport / ID card) - takes around 5 minutes to verify them
- Limits:
      - without verification: 100€ / month (no ATM withdrawals)
      - with short verification: 3200€ / month (ATM withdrawal limit - daily 320€ or equivalent in your currency)

I'm offering the following goods/services:

MasterCard only (you need to verify / load the cards yourself) - 30.00€

MasterCard + verification with fake data (no bank transfer loads are possible in this case, you need to complete the verification process right after your first deposit by yourself, data is prepared already !AT YOUR OWN RISK!) + SIM Card - 50.00€

They come with a "shared" bank account. Your card is being identified by the reference number you need to provide when doing a bank transfer and the payment must be made from an account with the same name on.

However, they're more useful to cashout funds easily at any ATM worldwide which accepts Mastercard.
