Been using E-Coin card for quite some time now, use it for in-store purchases only. Never had any issues

Also using the Bit-X card for Paypal & Amazon purchases, works flawlessly as well. Do keep in mind you can never spent more than 90% of your Bit-X  wallet balance in 1 transaction though.

Do you know if E-coin card can also be used for online purchases such as Amazon?

I would recommend, bit-x debit card (which is actually i'm using) and xapo. Other than this there are plenty of companies providing bitcoin debit cards but i don't know about them.

Bit-X card works quite well indeed! I do have a Xapo card but it's not used yet...i think

Yes, my vote goes to Bit-X as well. Does everything it should do, no issues whatsoever. Also, the company does cloud mining as well and I like differentiation.
