Nobody is going to go first with you, you're a Newbie, I would suggest getting an escrow. And don't use BtcCrow if you're not really familiar with it, it's a known scammer front. People will spoof the e-mail you would get from the site and thus take your coins.

Thanks for the advice, i know this site i have read about it in the past.

I just need someone very trusted i not like to risk a chargeback.
