so for the active loan, the user kovaa somehow managed to get a .1 BTC loan from gelbstich with no collateral? seems the loan was not repaid: specified repayment address: http://btc.blockr.io/address/info/12G2b7JKjHEgirGRaPUdAkMgVJHkA4E9LMlooks like kovaa is trying to sell off his account to make a bit of extra pocket change to me, while scamming that .1 as well. more loan requests: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1163854.msg12383068#msg12383068looks like a farmed account too, judging from the posts. theyre all either in the 64 blocks giveaway thread or the lending section. |

There is no forum rule that says you can't try for several loans at once
He's not even trying to hide it using alts
This doesn't prove a scam but it shows he is a high risk

If he don't pay back the second loan with account collateral then who will pay back the first pending loan? Also he didn't mentioned any thing about pending loan when he requested second one today. It shows he is clearing scamming the both lenders. |

This is obviously speculation, however has anyone considered that the borrower defaulted on the first loan and the lender took possession/ownership of the collateral and has potentially disposed of such collateral?
I would find it highly unlikely that a lender is going to be naive enough to accept an account as collateral for a loan and then not make sure the account is secured either by themselves or an escrow prior to funding the loan...
