VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED
It will take 10-15 minutes of your time to be verified it is ALL DIGITAL NOW!

If using a visa/mastercard or whatever gift card just let me know in advance I will except them!

We added BTC-E codes also!

After you purchase goes through or to pending either you will get your code on spot and/or told its in review. If it goes to review you will get a email, with a link to the code.
A screen will come up as soon as your credit card is accepted with you  private key on it. If your card is put under review for some reason just wait for a email with a update.

 Purchase Keys

Couple of things,
1. I never see your card details
2. I do record your I.P.
3. Any Chargeback from a I.P. Card, Name on Card will beblocked
4. Purchases larger then 25 Dollars will not be allowed until you are verified or I am satisfied it is you
5. Do not use a email address you can not access
6. I reserve the right to Void/Cancel/Decline any order
7. Orders outside of the U.S will take longer to process
80% off verification till Nov 1 with code: Verifyme

If you think you were declined in error contact me and I will double check for you.
If I send you a email and you do not respond with in 30 mins your order will be Void.

Got one of the freebies and bought .1 bitcoins from his site. Smooth and easy transaction, very straightforward with great communication. I love the idea of being able to pay via credit card as it makes things a lot more convenient than wiring funds or finding shady PayPal sellers. I think anywhere from 5-10% above market is a fair price to consider for the future. If it became popular enough, perhaps he could even undercut those guys on eBay flipping 1BC for $20 a pop!

Yes all transactions are above market lol. Go look around at other providers, the only other one that takes credit cards is 10.99% and then has a 1 dollar Surcharge..... I aim to be at about 8% with 0 surcharge. You pay for ease my friend lol

8% is nice. The others are charging more to 'cover' chargeback loss. What are you doing to prevent that? Or do you think its just claimed that way to make an extra buck?

Pretty cool - I've thought to do a Google Wallet site and then use SMS verification.

Good luck - have you considered taking advantage of Google's "we take the loss on chargebacks" policy for physical goods? Ship a postcard with the private keys for bitcoins Smiley

I do know my way around a Bitcoin but every time I purchase from this site there is something about it - it does not like me.  The transaction actually goes very smoothly, it is just me getting confused, jumping to conclusions, etc.

I got my BTC and discovered a very cool site as I tried to figure out what happened to my private key:  https://bitcointools.appspot.com

Great service (and great price), can I buy $10,000 at that price on my credit card please Wink

Well Great news then I just added some whole coins [Three of them] 12.00 a piece. I need to get some orders from different places and things so I can tweek the system.
I would Like to thank BurtW for bearing with me lol. Even when I used google checkout it gave him shit. He also pointed out that it will take a couple of confirmations for the balance to show up on the GOX so be be aware.

The digital delivery system is acting a fool with Authorize.net. It will only record your info if you payment fails  Roll Eyes. So if you pay it wants nothing to do with you lol. That does not matter, I will just send them manually so check you email if you purchase!

Be careful.

I bought a 0.5 btc code, debit was made to my mastercard, but OP says it wasn´t processed.
I sent copy of online statement as proof. Now waiting for a solution, must wait 3 days.

Not the best service in town, I think.

Daniel, this was not supossed to happen with your service, the debit on my CC is already done.
I propose you send me the 0.5 btc now, and if any chargeback is made or problem appear, I will return it to you instantly.

Why would you even bring up a chargeback? Now I really do not want nothing to do with you.

Don't know why, really, but now I have a CC debit made, and not coins.

Think you should call your credit card company, http://payment-gateway-services-review.toptenreviews.com/ look up authorize.net. The error is not on our side it is on your banks side. You should be calling them, your payment was voided yesterday. For this reason I will no longer accept Any payments from your country to stop further problems of this sort.

I don't think my card is the problem, because debit was made (sent you proof).
Your card processor is the faulty one, if they are rejecting any transaction, should not be making debit at the same time. I believe you should stop ALL processing until you figure out what is the problem.

Says the guy who throws 5 fraud filters, post your invoice number so people can see please. Your proof was a small screen shot of a chopped out bank statement that could easily be faked. It was settled for me, my processor and my merchant account for the grand total of 0.00 dollars. Whats wrong with waiting, 3 days before you cause a stink? It is nothing I caused you through any fault of my own. It is you the the card holder duty, to ensure all your details are up to date on the credit card. When your credit card is rejected how is that my fault? Please tell me? If I had your money I would send the coin plain and simple. I do not have the money therefore I will not send the coin. Anyone think that is unfair, In the case of my error and some how I do have the money.

The Problem Is Your Card Causes Identity Fraud Flags
If your details were right none of this would happen.
Should have read the front page about things we accept and do not. Instant declines are listed  and you just happened not to read it. Now its my fault your bank has your money? its not.
And I have stopped processing cards from your country.
Like I said you will get your money back. Your bank has the funds..... they just need to release them.

I didn't say you have my money, but your card processor do. You are offering a service, so when your processor screws, you must first respond to the customer, and then fix the problem with processor.

Unless you are thinking of giving a bad customer service each time your processor makes a mistake, and tell the customer to f... off, and wait for the processor to put debit backwards, as you are telling me.

And if you are suggesting I'm here to scam your 0.5 btc, please check beforehand my OTC rating and history of transactions in this forum. Sorry, but in the terms you are proposing, your service is a big risk to the customer.

Just talked to mastercard, they say the charge is already made, and that vendor is the only one with the power to cancel it. OP, can you please talk about that with your processor ? I need either you cancel the charge or you send me the btc. Thanks.

Yes, I think the CC processor (authorize.net) made a gross mistake. I was willing to reach a solution in good terms, until the OP began saying that it was my problem, that I was suspect of fraud, etc, etc

I don't think either one of you is a fraud.  It will all work out in a few days.  Either the money will make its way back to you or it will make its way to him.

Either way you can both work together to work it out.

What does authorize.net charge you?
Just because I was looking at this earlier: https://stripe.com/
2.9% + 30 cents per successful charge but no other fees doesn't matter what card you accept from any country

Google wallet seems to be doing person 2 person transactions this month too, users upload their card funds to their wallet, send to you internally for bitcoins. Might be slightly safer than directly accepting cards though I hope your limits are very low anyways.

It depends on your credit, and risk level for chargebacks. Those raters are really high they are the same as google check out, google check out is a good service, but the fee's are to high.

2.9% is "high"?  Best of luck in your operation (we need more and easier methods for consumers to acquire bitcoins) but are you sure you are being realistic?

As soon as your rolling chargeback rate (CB in last 90 days / total tx in last 90 days) exceeds 1% or so, your merchant account provider is going to bump you up into the high risk category (gold dealers, digital goods, porn, etc) and that starts at 7.99% and goes up to 15%+.

Even if successful you are going to have some chargebacks, enough to make you a "high risk" merchant per VISA/MC underwriting guidelines.

A tip to consider.  Authorize.Net fraud reporting has some "holes" (I won't discuss them here).  You may wish to supplement your protection with some third party fraud analysis.

Here is one example:

2.9% for a discount is high yes, 30 cent per transaction is high as well. I will not discuss my fraud protection, but it is very good and I paid good money for it and I have 2 different company's. 1/8th of all orders process with out me hiting the Approve button, I review the rest, and I void many. Not only that I have a company that handles all my chargebacks. My top charge will be 8.9% I am a little lower right now to grow customer base.

This is also in the privacy/refund section

You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with Bitcoin Key's and you file a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company and you do not win the charge back, you agree to pay us $200 in fee's, we are trying to help you find the person who defruaded you! in addition to the $200.00 fee. If we do not receive this payment in 10 Business days legal action will be taken You agree to reimburse our lawyer for his time and effort, if we go to court. If we can not obtain our item's or monies we will hire a collection agency. If you do not accept this agreement please do not purchase from us. STOP FRAUD TODAY!

Your card was only
"Authorization Pending Settlement
This is the most common type of credit card transaction. The amount is sent for authorization, and if approved, is automatically submitted for settlement."

I Hit the  Void Button which released the Authorization. That tells your bank or card's bank to no longer hold those funds and release them. Your bank as yet to release your funds. Call them, Tell them to call me.

 Transaction ID: 4729727920
Transaction Status:    Voided
Settlement Information
Settlement Amount:   0.00
Settlement Date and Time:   21-Oct-2012 23:17:08 PDT
Business Day:   21-Oct-2012
Batch ID:   208446634

Your purchase was voided and sent for a capture of 0.00. If this is a problem call your card provider and ask for a charge back of 0.00 and I will gladly confirm it.

Once again I do not have your funds nor have I ever. Contact your bank get further information.
Tell your bank to call me so, I can here exactly what they have to say.

The price for purchase if you wish to use Euro Or Pound will be much higher then the USD price. I put a couple up for sale just to see what the transfer rate on my side would be. Its much to high to even be workable, So you can continue to purchase with EURO or POUND but please understand the price will show the conversion cost built in.

For your verification why don't you have the user upload their ID next to the front of the CC being used? Cant get screwed with chargebacks that way. You cant do anything with the card without the pin on the back.

I require a only document signiture stating you understand what you are buying, the nature of bitcoin and why we offer NO REFUNDS. It also states that after you sign this if you attempt to charge ba ck you will be charged $400 USD to cover the cost to fight the chargeback. I require a I.d. and the card with all but the last 4 digits blocked out.

Did you legally vet that $400 charge back fee.  I saw another bitcoin cc service has something similar.  I'm just curious if that is actually enforceable?

Your signing a purchase agreement of course it is, if you do not like the terms you do not have to sign it. Just like the small print for cancelling your cell phone. Its really not about the money honestly its about seeing who has ill intentions or not. If you plan to be a good customer and use the service like it is made to be used, it should not bother you one bit. I have had people not want to provide, a the form or I.D. I just refuse service.

I have a company that handles my chargeback for me when I get them. They said this was a great Idea and should stop about 99% of the attempts credit card fraud by card owner.
