Good, the start page is more colorful, it has a nicer blue tone and is friendlier. At the moment there are a lot of server errors on the test pages. And you broke the old site (headers and footers are missing).
However, I wouldn't make a new design for every guy who says I don't like your design... There will always be people who don't like it, so that's a never-ending story.
Btw, I suggest to remove the year of the title. That feels like it runs until 31th of December, then you make a big party with all the funds and restart the whole thing on 1st January. Even if it might be so, but it should not feel like this

ya so you think i should go with the new design on the test server? and there's errors on the test pages, cause the database isn't incorporated to it.

Well the year title is matched with the copyright title which would be updated with the new year anyway.
