if you sold at very high level, it's a good time to buy again and take an huge profit, you can probably do x4 if you sold in the good old day of the 800-1200 range

I doubt he has sold at this range. Actually, he hasn't even sold his coins, he had just spent them. If he has sold exactly about 2 years ago, then he came back to pretty much the same level or the Bitcoin is even a bit higher in the price then exactly 2 years ago.

Welcome back OP anyways, I am sure if you decide to leave for another 2 years, we would still be here, don't know with which price though! Smiley

What made you leave in the first place and what made you thought that Bitcoin would be dead by now?

He probably left in the first place, because he saw it the price so low.

I dont blame the guy for leaving, since we havent seen the price too high these days.

I still don't see that killer application though.

believe it or not, the killer app of blockchain tech is sound money.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

I have this site on bookmarks and check it out whenever I forget about when the halving is.
http://bitcoinclock.com/

OP on what did you spend your Bitcoins? I would have converted to fiat if I was convinced it was dying, otherwise I would have probably wasted it on something stupid like a new smartphone and some computer parts among other things I don't really need to be honest.

Good thing that I learned the buy low, sell high method that everyone advises to do when it comes to trading. I've been pretty much buying on levels that are almost near the lowest price range in a given time-frame and sell exactly when the price is at its peak. To those people who sold at $1000 upwards, they might just come back to buy in the lowest level possible to achieve another comeback in terms of making profit. With the halving coming and some price stagnation at a low point, we might just be able to see those 'earliest adopters' coming back in the game.

Previous SR coin auctions had fuck all effect. This one will have even less than fuck all if that's possible and I just about think it is.

The Gox coins on the other hand are a very different matter. There'll be thousands of people each with their own reasons and story. I'll believe it when I actually see it, maybe most of the coins will be gone to finance the bankruptcy, but that is much more unpredictable factor.

after I sold everything on the way up.....

thought bitcoin would be dead by now, but it isn't. Seems kind of stable again.

coinbase has come a long way, the other exchanges look mostly crap as normal.

electrum with MFA is a very nice addition.

lots of vendors and precious metals dealers now take BTC which is a definite plus.

I still don't see that killer application though.

might be worth buying in, especially with the halving on the horizon.

I suggest you to wait for a half year more, so price reach its minimum, then buy and you will be able to sold only few months latter and take a beak fro 2 more years.
