guys i received a message regarding post spam ,but i havent done more than 5-7 posts per day ??
in the last 10 days there might be 10 -12 post in a couple of days ..but not more than 7 normally ?

I think someone did let you know. I am going to go out on a limb and say that one (or more) of your accounts were banned for insubstantial posts + paid signatures. Once the ban expires (if it does) then you should take the time to put additional effort into your posts, and you will most likely want to slow down in how much you are posting.

Could be that your posts are of low quality, in the eyes of the moderator in which you've posted. Or maybe you posted something of OK quality in a thread that is unrelated to what you said. Those are the only two options I can think of.

Looking at your first post with that account you are using now, I would agree that your post is insubstantial. Your post is "faucet" just like that, you did not even expound your answer to the threads question.
