I have a blank label that I can not delete. This label is making me have a [1] after messages - how can I get rid of this? I have never used labels before and the [1] is driving me nuts!

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Same here:

That (4) and [5] won't go away and keep increasing with new messages.
There are several strange things with the forum at the moment. I guess they're all related and will be fixed soon enough.

Correct, same issue.

Temporarily you can try "Search messages" with some keyword your new message might have (for example only a dot: .) to still see the new message (check "Show full message in results")

But I assume theymos will fix it soon.

I can't read any new messages. It's OK we can continue tomorrow. Check my email in my profile if PMs still don't work by then.
I guess this is the same DB issue that is affecting everything. I hope theymos can fix it soon.

I was able to read and reply the new message by going to the email that I used for my account and click the link
to delete the Label, I created a New Label, refresh, then Delete selected

It was probably Theymos who was fixing a bug involving invalid UTF characters such required that the database tables be locked which probably caused all of the weird bugs today

- I revised all of the database's collation rules to settings which should work as intended. This required locking tables for extended periods of time, which is what caused the other weirdness over the last few hours.
