The previous version, before WordPress, can be found on archive.org.

The issues that need to be fixed are:

• It isn't very mobile-friendly. A site about a Christmas display needs to be.  I'm hoping to fix that by using the Uber theme.
• It doesn't have the physical location easily findable.
• The big pictures don't need to be on every page.
• The pictures should be more related to the show itself (and I have more pictures), not greeting card pictures.

There is probably more to do, but I'm looking for ideas as well.
